School Fee for Local Students for 2026/2027 School Year
(To be confirmed by Education Bureau)

Primary School:
P.1 – P.6: $26,000 (annual)
(payable in 10 equal installments i.e. $2,600 per month)


Secondary School:
S.1 – S.5: $31,500 (annual)
(payable in 10 equal installments i.e. $ 3,150 per month)

S.6: $31,500 (annual)
(payable in 8 equal installments)


Application Procedures

Before you complete the online application, please read the following application procedures carefully.

Step 1: Submit the online application and complete the online payment of entrance examination fee

  1. Please prepare the following files and personal information of applicant:
    1. Birth Certificate / Hong Kong Identity Card / Passport / other identity document;
    2. Student personal photo
      (File size: maximum 5MB) (File format: PNG / JPG / JPEG);
    3. K2 whole year school report
      (File size: maximum 16MB) (File format: PDF / PNG / JPG / JPEG);
    4. K1 whole year school report
      (File size: maximum 16MB) (File format: PDF / PNG / JPG / JPEG);
    5. Extra-curricular activities, awards obtained and recommendation letter, if any
      (File size: maximum 8MB) (File format: PDF / PNG / JPG / JPEG);
    6. Name of school attending and the level;
    7. The name, registration no. (printed on the student identity card) and class of the applicant’s brother(s) or sister(s) who is/are studying in Evangel College recently;
    8. E-mail address of parent (For receiving admission application information).
  2. System requirements for the online admission application:
    1. Chrome / Internet Explorer Edge;
    2. Adobe Acrobat Reader;
    3. Printer.
  3. Please click “Apply Now” at the end of this webpage to enter the “Primary One Admission Application Online System”.
  4. Parent please record the e-mail address you provided in the online application form for retrieving the updated application information through the system later.
  5. Please complete and submit the online application within 45 minutes. If the application is not submitted successfully in 45 minutes, the system will be logout automatically.
  6. After submitting the online application, parents please wait for about 30 seconds for the system to upload the personal information and the files.
  7. If the online application is submitted successfully, the system will show the online payment of entrance examination fee of HK$100 on the screen immediately.
  8. Click “Pay” and choose the payment method provided by the system to complete the payment.
  9. Please complete the online payment in 5 minutes.
  10. If the online payment is completed successfully, the system will send an official receipt to parent through e-mail.
  11. Click the hyperlink of “Payment Receipt” at the end of the e-mail to save and print a copy of the official receipt for your record.
  12. Apart from the official receipt, the system will send a confirmation “Notice of Online Application Submission Successfully” and the application no. through e-mail at the same time.
  13. Click the hyperlink of “Application Form” and “Attachment” at the end of the e-mail to save and print a copy of the submitted application form and “Notice of Online Application Submission Successfully” for your record.
  14. If parent makes more than one payments of entrance examination fee, parent should inform the school within 3 months after making the duplicate payments for the application of refund (Tel. of General Office: 2366-1802, e-mail: admission@evangel.edu.hk).
  15. Important note: The school will arrange the admission interview after receiving the entrance examination fee. If your child is absent from the interview, the school will not refund the entrance examination fee to you.

  17. If parent wants to update the submitted files of academic report or awards obtained, after submitted the online application form successfully, please see the attachment "Sample of Updating the Submitted Files" at the end of this webpage for reference.

Step 2: Interview letter

  1. Interview Date:
    12 September 2026 (Sat) or 19 September 2026 (Sat)
  2. Interview letter will be sent to all applicants one week before the interview day through e-mail. Parents can also login the system “Primary One Admission Application Online System” at the end of this webpage to get the information.

Step 3: Interview result letter

Interview result letter will be sent to parents through e-mail within 2 months after the interview. Parents can also login the system “Primary One Admission Application Online System” at the end of this webpage to get the information.
