Application Procedures
Step 1: Complete and submit the online application
Please visit the following website for details:
www.evangel.edu.hk => Admission => P1 Admission => more => 2025-2026 Application for Admission to Primary One (June) (School Opening: September 2025)
Step 2: Submission of required documents
Please send the required documents by mail (please mark clearly on the envelope “Application for P.1 Admission of 2025-2026 School Year”) or submit in person within 2 days after submitting the online application. Application will not be processed if there are late submissions or missing any required documents.
Required documents (For environmental protection, the school does not accept any plastic-made or paper-made files.):
- Signed “Online Application Form for Admission to Primary One” (Please download and print the attachment “Online Application Form for Admission to Primary One”);
- Photocopies of K2 and K3 school reports;
- Records of extra-curricular activities, awards obtained and recommendation letter, if any.
Step 3: Interview
The school will shortlist suitable candidate for interview subject to the availability of P.1 place. Interview date and time will be confirmed to the concerned parents by phone.

程序一：填寫及遞交網上申請

程序二：遞交申請文件
於遞交網上小一入學申請後2日內連同下列所需文件郵寄（請在信封上註明「申請2025-2026年度小一學位」）或親身到本校遞交入學申請，逾期或沒有交齊所需文件的申請將不會受理。
所需文件（為保護環境，本校恕不接受膠製或紙製文件夾。）：
- 已簽署之「網上小一入學申請表」（請 閣下自行下載及列印附件之「網上小一入學申請表」）；
- K2及K3成績表副本；
- 課外活動、服務、獲獎記錄、推薦信（如有）。
程序三：面試
本校將按小一新生取錄的情況，致電已被甄選面試的申請者家長，以確定有關面試日期及時間。
