Collection of 2023 HKDSE Examination Certificates
S.6 Graduates of 2022/23 school year or the parents of S.6 Graduates please bring the H.K. Identity Card to school to collect 2023 HKDSE Examination Certificates during the following period of time:
Date: from 30 October 2023 (Monday) to 28 December 2023 (Thursday)
Time: (Mon – Fri) 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., (Sat) 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
Place: General Office of Evangel College
If the student or his/her parent will not be able to collect the certificate himself/herself, please download and fill out the Letter of Authorization and collect the certificate through an authorized person.
(Note: Please show the photocopy of the H.K. Identity Card of the S.6 Graduate / the parent of S.6 Graduate and the H.K. Identity Card of the authorized person for collecting the certificate.)
有關領取2023年中學文憑考試證書事宜
2022/23年度中六畢業生或其家長請於下列日期及時間帶備身份證親自到校領取2023年中學文憑考試證書。
日期︰10月30日(星期一)至12月28日(星期四)
時間︰(星期一至五)上午9時至下午5時，(星期六)上午9時至下午12時
地點︰播道書院校務處
如學生或其家長未能親身到校領取證書，請下載並填妥授權書授權他人辦理。
(注意︰於領取證書時，請出示學生或其家長的身份證影印本及受託人的身份證。)
