07) 2026-2027 Application for Admission to Primary School (P.2-P.6 in-year admission) (School term will start in September 2026)

Application Guidelines

1. Evangel College is a Direct Subsidy Scheme school. There are no geographical restrictions on application. The Government’s Primary One Admission Net Mechanism does not apply.

2. The school has realized the spirit of Through-Train Education. All our P6 students are eligible for promoting to our secondary school to continue their studies. The batch of students admitted to P1 of school year 2022/23 or after shall not be arranged to participate in the SSPA Scheme nor submit marks for SSPA.

3. School Fee Remission: Needy students (including those from families receiving the CSSA/financial assistance provided by SFAA) may apply for fee remission (For details, please refer to https://www.evangel.edu.hk/ecube/index.php/school-fee-remission). More information can be accessed through the contacts listed in the Enquiry Session below.

4. Please do not use the public WIFI to login the “Admission Application Online System of Primary School” to avoid leaving the hyperlink or copy the related hyperlink in any search engines to reduce risks.

5. Please do not disclose the personal information in the online application form to the public.

6. Please use the computer to complete and submit the online application to ensure the application procedures go smoothly.

7. The school will not process any applications which were not submitted through “Admission Application Online System of Primary School”.

8. If an applicant submits more than one applications through “Admission Application Online System of Primary School”, the applicant should inform the school (Tel. of General Office: 2366-1802).

School Fee for Local Students for 2025/2026 School Year

(For reference only. Education Bureau has not announced the information of school fee revision of 2026/2027 school year.)

Primary School:

P.1 – P.6: $25,000 (annual)

(payable in 10 equal installments i.e. $2,500 per month)

Secondary School:

S.1 – S.5: $30,300 (annual)

(payable in 10 equal installments i.e. $ 3,030 per month)

S.6: $30,300 (annual)

(payable in 8 equal installments)

 

Application Procedures

Before you complete the online application, please read the following application procedures carefully.

Step 1: Complete and submit the online application

a) Please prepare the following files and personal information of applicant:

i) Birth Certificate / Hong Kong Identity Card / Passport / other identity document;

ii) Student personal photo

(File size: maximum 5MB) (File format: PNG / JPG / JPEG);

iii) Whole year school report last year

(File size: maximum 16MB) (File format: PDF / PNG / JPG / JPEG);

iv) Whole year school report from the year before last

(File size: maximum 16MB) (File format: PDF / PNG / JPG / JPEG);

v) Extra-curricular activities, awards obtained and recommendation letter, if any

(File size: maximum 8MB) (File format: PDF / PNG / JPG / JPEG);

vi) Name of school attending and the level;

vii) The name, registration no. (printed on the student identity card) and class of the applicant’s brother(s) or sister(s) who is/are studying in Evangel College recently;

viii) E-mail address of parent (For receiving admission application information)

(If parent applies for different levels for 2 children, please provide 2 e-mail addresses).

b) System requirements for the online admission application:

i) Chrome / Internet Explorer Edge;

ii) Adobe Acrobat Reader;

iii) Printer.

c) Please click “Apply Now” at the end of this webpage to enter the “Admission Application Online System of Primary School”.

d) Parent please record the e-mail address you provided in the online application form for retrieving the updated application information through the system later.

e) Please complete and submit the online application within 45 minutes. If the application is not submitted successfully in 45 minutes, the system will be logout automatically.

f) After submitting the online application, parents please wait for about 30 seconds for the system to upload the personal information and the files.

g) If the online application is submitted successfully, the system will show a confirmation “Notice of Online Application Submission Successfully” and the application no. on the screen.

h) Click “Attachment” to save and print a copy of the submitted application for your record.

j) If parent wants to update the submitted files of academic report or awards obtained, after submitted the online application form successfully, please see the attachment "Sample of Updating the Submitted Files" at the end of this webpage for reference.

 

Step 2: Interview letter

a) Should any vacancies arise, the school will inform the short-listed applicants for interview by phone.

b) If applicant is invited to attend the admission interview, the school will send the interview letter and the hyperlink of online payment about the entrance examination fee of HK$100 through e-mail.

c) Please make the payment through the online payment platform before the payment deadline shown in the interview letter. The school will not arrange the admission interview to the applicant who does not make the online payment before the payment deadline.

d) If the online payment is completed successfully, the system will send an official receipt to parent through e-mail.

e) Click “Attachment” to save and print a copy of the official receipt for your record.

f) If parent makes more than one payments of entrance examination fee, parent should inform the school within 3 months after making the duplicate payments for the application of refund (Tel. of General Office: 2366-1802, e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ).

Important note: The school will arrange the admission interview after receiving the entrance examination fee. If your child is absent from the interview, the school will not refund the entrance examination fee to you.

 

Step 3: Interview

Applicant should bring a photocopy of interview letter, required documents stated in the interview letter and a photocopy of official receipt to attend the interview.

 

Step 4: Interview result

The school will inform the parents of the results of the interview within 2 weeks after the interview.

 

Important notes:

1. If parents cannot receive and/or open the e-mails and the attachments through the mobile phone, please login the system “Admission Application Online System of Primary School” at the end of this webpage using the computer to get the information.

2. If parents forget the password of the login page, please click the system “Admission Application Online System of Primary School” at the end of this webpage, and then click “Forgot password”, fill in and submit the e-mail address that you provided in the application form (For receiving admission application information), the system will send an e-mail of changing password to you.

 

Collection of Personal Data

1. The personal data filled in by applicants will only be used for application of school place of the school.

2. The provision of personal data by means of this form is voluntary.

3. You have a right of access and correction with respect to your personal data as provided for in sections 18 and 22 and Principle 6 of Schedule 1 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Enquiries should be addressed to the school.

4. For unsuccessful applicants, all admissions data will be destroyed after the admission process is completed.
